Return and Refund Policy
At Originals WCT, we want every customer to feel confident when shopping for fun, colorful, and gift-ready toys from our store. This Return and Refund Policy explains how returns, refunds, cancellations, damaged items, and incorrect orders are handled.
Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days after delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, undamaged, complete, and in its original condition.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:
- The return request must be submitted within 14 days after delivery.
- The item must be unused and must not show signs of play, wear, scratches, stains, odors, damage, or misuse.
- The item must be returned with its original packaging, labels, manuals, accessories, parts, batteries if included, and protective materials.
- The product must be complete and returned in the same condition in which it was received.
- A valid order number or proof of purchase must be provided.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Toys that have been used, played with, damaged, altered, washed, or assembled.
- Products with missing parts, missing accessories, missing manuals, or missing original packaging.
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, incorrect assembly, rough play, water exposure, battery misuse, or accidental damage.
- Clearance items, final sale items, gift cards, digital products, or promotional products marked as non-returnable.
- Personalized, customized, or specially modified products.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please contact us at support@theworldcuptrophy.com with your order number, full name, product name, and reason for the return.
Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions if the item is eligible. Please do not send any product back before receiving return authorization from Originals WCT.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Original shipping costs, express shipping fees, and additional delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is caused by an error from Originals WCT.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns. Originals WCT is not responsible for returned packages lost or damaged in transit before they are received and inspected.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@theworldcuptrophy.com.
Please include your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue, the product, the packaging, and any missing or damaged parts. After review, we may offer a replacement, replacement part, refund, store credit, or another suitable solution.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement, depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, model, color, or product, please return the eligible item and place a new order through our store.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours after purchase, provided that the order has not yet been processed, packed, or shipped.
To request cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at support@theworldcuptrophy.com. Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and must follow the standard return process.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your approved refund after 10 business days, please first check with your bank or payment provider. If the issue continues, contact us at support@theworldcuptrophy.com.
